LocationIn an arcane district known for its dancing lights. Its neighbors include the grand tower of the wizard Arithius the Arcane and the office of a male tiefling magistrate named Frisuini.
DescriptionThe shop is a single storey building hewn from an outcrop of rock, with a smooth stone floor. An animated painting of wizards duelling hangs on one wall.
ShopkeeperThe shopkeeper is an old male halfling named Hamfo. He was once an adventurer, but was maimed by a dragon.
